Screen Printing (our bread and butter #1):
Screen printing transfers ink to apparel by pushing ink through a mesh screen, using a stencil to block areas where ink shouldn't go, and a squeegee to pull ink across the open parts of the mesh, printing one color at a time for vibrant, durable results. The process involves creating a stencil, exposing it to light, washing away unhardened emulsion to reveal the design, and then pressing ink through the open mesh onto the apparel.  This process takes about 6 hours from start to finish to complete a "screen" to be able to print your apparel.  This process is proven to outlast the apparel itself.
Embroidery (our bread and butter #2):
Embroidery is the art of decorating apparel by stitching designs into them with a needle and thread, and is done by 1 of our 2 commercial embroidery machines,.  It creates a durable, decorative pattern/logo on apparel and other fabrics. It's a timeless craft with ancient roots, offering a textured, long-lasting alternative to printing and serving as a significant expression of cultural heritage and personal artistry.
DTF Transfers:
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are a popular custom apparel method where designs are printed (locally) onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat-pressed onto apparel, offering vibrant, durable prints without needing pre-treatment, making it versatile for detailed graphics on shirts, hats, and bags. It's a game-changer because it bypasses the need for cutting and weeding vinyl and offers quality similar to DTG (Direct-to-Garment) on many materials, including dark ones.
Sublimation :
Sublimation is a phase transition where a solid changes directly to gas, skipping the liquid stage, like dry ice turning into fog. In printing, it's a process using heat and pressure to turn solid sublimation inks into a gas, which then dyes polyester fabrics or polymer-coated surfaces, creating durable, vibrant, embedded designs.
